Day 12

Day 12
Grandie & Pop come visit and bring Hilton Head weather with them... it was nearly 60 degrees today!

Day 12 was really good. Reasons it was good: teaching went well this morning, Ethan was in a great mood and very fun to take care of, and Jared's parents came for the weekend with lots of goodies... including Clifford the Movie, a Clifford toy dog, homemade croutons and really good bread, and 2 bags of Cheetos just to name a few things:) Ethan was really excited to see his grandparents. The adventures continue this weekend.

A nap seems to be out for Ethan... but maybe because he doesn't really do anything all day he may not need as much sleep as he did before when he was more active. So I have still attempted to have him nap as I nap next to him, but he thought I was playing a game and he would try to attack me with his car pillow. I finally gave it up and decided it was time for another outing, so we went out to the Kroger shopping center. Yes, that was what I came up with. We went to Office Depot, Joanns, & Tigerlily with ethan in the wheelchair and me hunched behind it since its still at an akwardly low level. I'm sure that's what every 2 year old wants to do, look at office supplies and fabric, but since he doesn't talk a whole lot yet, that is what we did.

So now I'm watching The Devil Wears Prada and it really makes me laugh... I could do a whole dissertation on this movie but that's not what this blog is for...

Thankful for:
in-laws that I really enjoy & who are a huge blessing to us, Ethan's cheerfulness during the day, and coffee. I don't why I included coffee except that I have really come to enjoy it and it just cheers me up:) with flavored creamer, of course.
